Must have 3+ years of commercial and underground plumbing experience. Must have tools of the trade, reliable transportation, and all standard PPE. Pay is DOE Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, and sewer systems using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment. Interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to accurately execute plumbing layouts in accordance with local building codes. Operate company vehicles safely to transport materials and equipment to various job sites while adhering to commercial driving regulations. Conduct plumbing inspections using specialized cameras and diagnostic tools to identify issues within water systems and ensure compliance with safety standards. Perform drain cleaning, pipe threading, assembly, remodeling tasks, and plumbing system maintenance to ensure optimal performance of all plumbing infrastructure. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to deliver excellent customer service by providing clear communication about project progress and solutions. Use heavy lifting techniques safely when handling large pipes or equipment on construction sites while maintaining adherence to safety protocols. Experience Accurate pipe layout, calculating grades/slopes. Skilled in welding, pipe threading, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems. Hands-on experience with plumbing inspection cameras, water systems troubleshooting, drain cleaning methods, and the use of hand tools and power tools. Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, construction site procedures, and remodeling processes. Demonstrated ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts or cranes when necessary on construction sites. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings accurately and adapt quickly to project needs. Prior experience in residential plumbing or handyman roles is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning new skills is essential.
Pay:
$30.00 - $45.00 per hour
