We're looking for someone who can confidently run residential plumbing service calls from start to finish — diagnose the issue, explain options to the customer, provide estimates, complete repairs, and leave accurate documentation for the office. The right person is experienced, dependable, good with customers, communicates well with the team, and takes ownership of their jobs without needing to be constantly managed. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues Perform plumbing service, repairs, replacements, and maintenance Troubleshoot water heaters, fixtures, water lines, drains, sewer systems, and other residential plumbing systems Provide customers with clear options and accurate estimates Communicate professionally with customers and explain recommended repairs Complete approved same-day work when possible Maintain accurate job notes, photos, estimates, invoices, and other required documentation Communicate schedule changes, return visits, parts needs, and customer follow-up with the office Properly document purchase orders and job-related materials Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment Participate in the on-call rotation as scheduled Follow company safety and customer-service standards Qualifications 3+ years of residential plumbing service experience preferred Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems and fixtures Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Experience with water heaters, water lines, drains, sewer systems, fixtures, and common plumbing repairs Skilled in soldering and other common plumbing repair methods Able to confidently communicate repair options and pricing with customers Strong customer-service and communication skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record Dependable, organized, and able to manage jobs independently Comfortable using tablets, mobile apps, and field-service software Willing to participate in weekend/on-call coverage ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
