Journeyman /
Master Plumber Pay:
$35-$50 per hour (DOE)

Full-Time Schedule:
Monday-Friday with occasional overtime as needed Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and dependable Journeyman or Master Plumber to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing residential and/or commercial plumbing systems in compliance with all local and state codes. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water, gas, and drainage systems Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and building codes Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions Perform fixture installations (sinks, toilets, water heaters, etc.) Conduct system inspections and preventative maintenance Ensure compliance with safety standards and plumbing regulations Maintain accurate job documentation and reports Communicate professionally with clients, contractors, and team members Supervise apprentices (Journeyman may assist; Master may lead projects and crews) Qualifications Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license (as required by state) 3+ years of plumbing experience (Journeyman) 5+ years of plumbing experience (Master preferred) Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and safety regulations Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Valid driver's license with clean driving record Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments (crawl spaces, ladders, outdoors) Preferred Qualifications Experience in residential and commercial plumbing Experience with remodels and new construction Backflow certification (a plus) Leadership experience (for Master level candidates) Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay: $35-$50 per hour DOE Overtime opportunities Health insurance options Paid time off and holidays Company vehicle or vehicle allowance (if applicable) Tools and equipment provided (as applicable) Why Join Us?
