Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Master Plumber to lead our plumbing operations and ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. As a Master Plumber, you will oversee complex plumbing projects, manage teams of plumbers, and coordinate with clients and contractors to deliver exceptional results. Your expertise in construction plumbing, building codes, and technical schematics will drive successful project completion while maintaining strict adherence to local regulations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your leadership abilities and technical mastery in residential and commercial plumbing environments. Duties Lead and supervise plumbing teams on construction sites, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality workmanship Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation and repair processes Manage plumbing system installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting for residential and commercial projects Ensure all work complies with local building codes, plumbing building codes, HVAC standards, and construction regulatory requirements Perform construction estimating for plumbing projects, including material take-offs and labor calculations Conduct building code analysis to ensure project compliance and facilitate necessary permits Utilize hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding gear, and heavy lifting techniques safely and effectively Qualifications Proven experience in construction plumbing with a strong background in residential and commercial projects Extensive knowledge of plumbing building codes, local building codes, domestic water systems, and construction site safety regulations Skilled in blueprint reading, interpreting technical schematics, and analyzing construction plans Demonstrated ability to manage plumbing teams effectively while maintaining high safety standards Experience with construction estimating, project management software, and managing multiple projects simultaneously Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients and team members Valid plumbing license or certification as required by local jurisdiction; 10-15 years experience minimal Join our team as a Master Plumber to lead impactful projects that shape communities!
