Job Description

Position Summary:
The Septic Installer is responsible for installing septic systems in accordance with project plans, safety regulations, and company standards. This role builds upon the skills of a Septic Installer 1 and contributes to the team by performing advanced installation tasks and assisting in training junior staff.
Key Responsibilities:
 Maintain a valid driver's license and comply with all safety regulations.  Perform all duties of a Septic Installer 1  Lay pipes according to project plans and regulatory standards, using the appropriate pipe types and connectors  Operate the grade pole to ensure proper system alignment and installation.  Operate a skid steer to transport and distribute stone to ditches and installation sites
Additional Responsibilities:
 Assist in training and mentoring Septic Installer 1 team members  Develop skills and knowledge to progress toward the responsibilities of a Septic Installer 3
Qualifications:
 Valid driver's license  1-2 years of septic install experience  Previous experience in septic system installation preferred  Ability to operate construction equipment such as skid steers  Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical plans and instructions  Team-oriented with willingness to mentor and support colleagues 
Physical Requirements:
 Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions
Pay:
$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
