Job Summary Join our family owned and ran company as Plumbers Helper and kickstart your career in the plumbing industry! In this energetic role, you will assist experienced plumbers with installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems on various residential sites. Your enthusiasm and willingness to learn will help ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely. This paid position offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, setting the foundation for a rewarding career in plumbing. Responsibilities Support lead plumbers by carrying tools, materials, and equipment to job sites Assist with pipe cutting, threading, fitting, and assembly using hand tools and power tools Help install and repair plumbing systems according to blueprints, schematics, and technical instructions Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times Learn to read construction blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements Assist with basic mechanical repairs as needed Skills Experience or familiarity with construction sites and basic construction plumbing practices a plus, not required. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment safely Knowledge of blueprint reading, and mechanical concepts a plus but not required. Strong mechanical aptitude with an understanding of plumbing components and systems Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to pipe fitting and installation Carpentry or handyman experience is a plus for versatile job support Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills in a fast-paced environment Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record. Pay rate negotiable depending on experience. Holiday pay after 90 days employeed, 7 holidays paid per year 1 week vacation paid after 1 year of hire date​
