This is a field-based position for a plumber who values independence, takes pride in quality workmanship, and can diagnose problems without needing constant supervision. You'll dispatch from home in a fully equipped company vehicle and have the support of an established team behind you. Diagnose leaks, drainage problems, water issues, and plumbing system failures Repair and install water lines and plumbing systems Service and work on wells and well-house plumbing Install and repair toilets, sinks, faucets, disposals, dishwashers, and related equipment Perform plumbing inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs Troubleshoot problems and determine the appropriate repair solution Complete plumbing installations and system modifications Work in accordance with Washington plumbing codes and company safety standards Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and property owners Complete assigned work independently while communicating with the team as needed What We're Looking For This is an experienced, licensed plumber position . Required:

Current Washington State 01 or 02 Plumbing License 3+ years of professional plumbing experience Residential and commercial plumbing experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Working knowledge of Washington plumbing codes Valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Additional technical education or an associate degree is a plus.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Rotating on-call responsibilities are part of the position.
