Compensation:

Non-exempt/Hourly The standard wage range for this role is $26.31 to $30.91 per hour. It may be possible to earn more over time up to $35.55 per hour.

Work Schedule:

Full time, 40 hours per week 5, 8-hour days Mon-Fri 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Who We Are Unity Care NW is a private, non-profit, federally qualified health center (FQHC) that has been proudly and successfully serving the greater Whatcom County area since 1982. Job Summary As a Dental Patient Scheduling Coordinator, you would be responsible for keeping dental schedules current and correct and maximizing clinic templates. You would also keep patients informed of dental appointment details. Requirements:

Requires one year of experience in customer service, utilizing data entry skills, preferably in a medical or dental office setting. Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and Electronic Dental Record (EDR) preferred. Some dental office experience a plus. Preferred Qualifications One year call center or reception experience. Some dental office experience a plus. Experience with underserved populations and cultural competency is ideal.
