Lighthouse Plumbing is looking for an apprentice who wants more than a labor job—we're looking for someone who wants to become a plumber. We believe in the old-school brotherhood of the trade: showing up for one another, working hard, holding each other accountable, and pushing the person beside you further than they thought they could go. Show up on time with your boots on, your head in the game, and ready to work. This trade requires physical strength, mental toughness, attention to detail, and the willingness to keep moving when the day gets difficult. You're going to get tired, dirty, frustrated, and challenged, and we don't care if you're tired at the end of the day—that means you put in an honest day's work. Nobody here is going to wipe your ass, chase you out of bed, or beg you to care about your future. What we will do is teach you, support you, challenge you, and give you the opportunity to build a real career. You'll work beside experienced plumbers, learn how plumbing systems operate, develop technical and problem-solving skills, and take on more responsibility as you prove yourself. We accelerate the training process for apprentices who demonstrate the right attitude, reliability, safety awareness, skill, and judgment, with the goal of getting qualified people into their own service vans as quickly as they are truly ready. We're not looking for someone who simply wants a paycheck or plans to remain a helper forever. We want someone dependable, coachable, hungry to learn, willing to accept direct feedback, and determined to climb the ladder.
