We specialize primarily in commercial and new construction plumbing projects throughout the Puget Sound area. We are looking for a reliable, motivated plumber who takes pride in their work, can work independently, and is comfortable working from plans and specifications in an active construction environment. Responsibilities Install commercial plumbing systems according to plans, specifications, and applicable plumbing codes Install domestic water, sanitary waste and vent, storm, and gas piping systems Read and interpret construction drawings, plumbing plans, and specifications Perform layout and installation of underground, rough-in, and finish plumbing Install plumbing fixtures, equipment, and related components Coordinate work with project managers, general contractors, other trades, and team members Identify field conflicts and communicate issues to the project team Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite Follow company safety policies and applicable OSHA requirements Complete work efficiently while maintaining Legacy Plumbing & Mechanical's quality standards Qualifications Current Washington State Journeyman Plumber (PL01) certification Commercial plumbing experience required Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, installation practices, and construction standards Ability to read and understand plumbing plans and specifications Experience with underground, rough-in, and finish plumbing Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and problem-solving skills Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Must be dependable, organized, and able to maintain a professional presence on commercial jobsites What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Medical benefits 401(k) with company match Paid time off Paid holidays Consistent commercial construction work Opportunities for growth within the company Supportive, team-oriented work environment About Legacy Plumbing & Mechanical Legacy Plumbing & Mechanical is a growing commercial plumbing contractor specializing in new construction and tenant improvement projects.
