Balanced Schedules:

Day-to-Day Job Duties Direct and complete residential and light commercial plumbing installations, system repairs, and routine maintenance tasks. Troubleshoot complex piping and fixture issues to provide homeowners with reliable, long-term technical solutions. Oversee and coach apprentice technicians in the field, fostering their technical skill development and confidence. Execute all jobs in full alignment with local plumbing codes, safety protocols, and company quality standards. Communicate job updates clearly with service managers and deliver polite, professional interactions on every customer visit.
Required SkillsExperience Professional Licensure:
Must possess an active Washington Journeyman Plumbing License (Idaho licensure or willingness to reciprocate preferred).
Experience Level:
4+ years of hands-on experience in residential plumbing service and installation.
Driving History:
Valid driver's license with an insurable motor vehicle record.
TechnicalSoft Skills:
Strong mechanical diagnostics, team leadership abilities, high attention to detail, and top-tier customer communication skills.
CompensationBenefits Base Pay:
$40.00 - $55.00 per hour + additional performance spiffs.
