Key Responsibilities Lead and manage residential and light commercial plumbing projects from start to finish. Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and related equipment. Diagnose complex plumbing issues and deliver effective, long-term solutions. Mentor and oversee apprentice plumbers, supporting their skill development and confidence. Ensure all work meets company quality standards, safety requirements, and local plumbing codes. Maintain professional communication with management and provide high-quality service to customers.
Qualifications Licensing:
Valid Washington Journeyman Plumbing License required (Idaho license or willingness to obtain Idaho reciprocation preferred).
Experience:
Minimum 4 years of residential plumbing experience.
Driver's License:
Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record.
Skills:
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and team leadership abilities.
Service Mindset:
Professional demeanor with high attention to detail and excellent customer communication skills.
BenefitsCompensation Package Competitive Pay:
$40.00 - $55.00 per hour + performance-based incentives (spiffs).
Health Coverage:
90% employer-paid medical coverage.
Optional Coverage:
Dental, Vision, and Supplemental (Aflac) available. 401(k): 100% company match up to 3%.
Paid Time Off:
2 weeks of paid vacation/sick leave (accrual begins/available after 90 days) plus 6 paid holidays annually.
