Mainstream is growing and we are looking for an outstanding Residential Install Plumber to join our team! Position Summary As a Residential Service Install Plumber, you'll perform plumbing system installations in occupied homes—replacing and upgrading fixtures, water heaters, and piping while ensuring minimal disruption to our customers' lives. This isn't new construction—this is skilled, detail-oriented work on the service side, where your craftsmanship and customer care truly stand out. What You'll Do Install and replace residential plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment (water heaters, faucets, toilets, piping, etc.) Provide clear explanations to customers and answer questions Work efficiently in occupied homes while maintaining a clean, respectful work environment Ensure all work meets code and safety standards Collaborate with dispatch, service managers, and fellow plumbers to ensure customer satisfaction What We're Looking For Valid WA Journeyman Plumber License (required) 2+ years of residential plumbing installation experience in a service environment preferred Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and best practices Great communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and solve problems on the job
