Flexible scheduling with availability across a 7-day workweek About Dunn Wright Plumbing Dunn Wright Plumbing is a growing plumbing company serving the Spokane area. We're looking for a dependable Plumbing Laborer to join our team and help keep our jobs running smoothly. This is a hands-on position that's a great fit for someone who enjoys physical work, wants to learn the plumbing trade, and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty. The Position As a Plumbing Laborer, you'll work alongside our plumbers and apprentices on residential and commercial plumbing jobs. You'll help with material handling, job-site preparation and cleanup, digging, demolition, hauling, and other tasks that keep our crews moving efficiently. No previous plumbing experience is required. We're willing to teach the right person who has a good work ethic and wants to learn. Responsibilities Assist plumbers and apprentices on job sites Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and materials Prepare job sites for plumbing work Assist with demolition and removal of existing materials Dig trenches and perform other manual excavation as needed Maintain clean and organized job sites Remove debris and dispose of materials properly Assist with moving and positioning equipment and materials Operate basic hand tools safely Follow directions from plumbers and supervisors Follow all company safety procedures Protect customers' homes and property while working Perform general labor and other tasks as needed Requirements Reliable and dependable Willingness to work hard and learn Valid driver's license Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to safely perform physically demanding work Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment Comfortable working indoors, outdoors, and in various weather conditions Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Professional attitude and appearance Previous construction, plumbing, excavation, landscaping, or other hands-on experience is a plus, but not required.
