Job Summary Dailey Plumbing LLC is looking for an experienced Wisconsin Journeyman Plumber to join our growing team. We are a locally owned plumbing company based in Elroy, Wisconsin, specializing primarily in residential service, new construction, remodels, drain and sewer work, and light commercial plumbing. We are looking for more than someone who can simply install plumbing. We want an experienced plumber who can take ownership of their work, troubleshoot problems, communicate professionally with customers, and complete jobs with limited supervision. We are a growing company, and this is an opportunity to get in while we are still building our team and systems. The right person will have the opportunity to grow with the company and take on additional responsibility as Dailey Plumbing continues to expand. What We Offer $32 to $40 per hour based on experience and knowledge NO on call rotation Overtime opportunities Company truck Company gas card 2 weeks paid time off Employee funded 401(k) available Company provided power tools and equipment Modern scheduling and job management systems Opportunities for advancement as the company grows Company paid trip to Las Vegas when company performance goals, deadlines and quarterly targets are met What You'll Do Perform residential plumbing service and repair Complete plumbing for residential new construction and remodeling projects Diagnose plumbing problems and provide solutions Read blueprints and construction plans Complete underground, rough in and finish plumbing Install and repair water, waste and vent systems Install plumbing fixtures, water heaters and related equipment Perform drain cleaning and sewer diagnostics when needed Communicate professionally with homeowners and contractors Maintain accurate job notes, photos and documentation Maintain an organized company truck and jobsite Follow Wisconsin plumbing code and applicable safety requirements Complete jobs independently with limited supervision What We're Looking For Valid Wisconsin Journeyman Plumber license Strong residential plumbing experience Ability to run service calls independently Residential new construction experience Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills Ability to read blueprints and plumbing plans Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Dependable and ready to work Strong communication and customer service skills Someone who takes initiative and ownership of their work Professional attitude and appearance Ability to work independently as well as part of a small team Experience with drain cleaning, sewer cameras, tankless water heaters, well systems and light commercial plumbing is a plus.
