In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems across residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will help ensure water systems operate efficiently, adhere to local building codes, and meet customer satisfaction standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilize a variety of tools and techniques, and contribute to high-quality plumbing solutions. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, and fixtures in residential and commercial settings Conduct plumbing inspections using cameras and schematics to diagnose issues accurately Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to guide installation and repairs Utilize hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete tasks efficiently Operate company vehicles safely to travel between job sites while adhering to all safety protocols Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations during all phases of work Assist with remodeling projects by assembling plumbing components and coordinating with carpentry or HVAC teams as needed Conduct routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future issues and prolong system lifespan Experience Proven service experience with a focus on plumbing installation and repair in residential or commercial environments Hands-on experience with residential and light commercial site work, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and mechanical knowledge Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, welding equipment, and plumbing inspection cameras Knowledge of local building codes, plumbing codes, and safety standards applicable to plumbing projects Familiarity with HVAC systems related to water heating or cooling is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work on customer sites with varying conditions Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles in a professional setting Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and interpreting technical documentation Join our team as a Plumbing Technician if you're passionate about delivering top-tier plumbing solutions with energy, precision, and professionalism.
