What You'll Do Lead residential plumbing installation projects while ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction Install residential water, gas, and DWV piping systems Install and troubleshoot plumbing fixtures, water heaters, water purification systems, and related equipment Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and company standards Train, mentor, and support team members Communicate with homeowners to explain installation options and recommend solutions that best meet their needs Maintain a safe and organized work environment What We're Looking For Valid Journeyman Plumbing License or current ABC Apprenticeship Previous residential plumbing installation experience Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Ability to lead and work collaboratively with a team Knowledge of residential plumbing systems and applicable plumbing codes Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record High school diploma or equivalent OSHA 10 Certification and Cross Connection Control Assembly Tester certification are a plus Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday Typical hours are 7:00 AM
