Technicians:

A/C technicians will be required to properly diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems. Provide customers with a diagnoses and inform them on the repair options to get their system working again, and doing this by providing the customer with great customer service. Must have proven skillset with diagnostic, split units, inverters, chiller units (preferable but not required), and an ability to upsell while onsite.

Qualifications include:

•Must have 8 plus years of actual HVAC service tech field experience•High school diploma/GED 8 years plus experience with residential and commercial preferred Dependable Excellent Customer services skills Excellent Communication skills Have an active driver's license Clean driving record Ability to work alone with little to no supervision.
