Irrigation Pump Systems Technician Full-Time | Field Service | Immediate Interviews A growing, family-owned company is looking for an experienced Irrigation Pump Systems Technician to join its field service team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician with strong mechanical and electrical abilities who enjoys troubleshooting complex systems and working with commercial and agricultural irrigation equipment. We're seeking someone dependable and detail-oriented who takes pride in quality work, can work independently, and provides professional service to customers.

Immediate What You'll Do Install, service, and repair large-scale irrigation pump systems Diagnose issues involving pumps, motors, electrical controls, and hydraulic systems Troubleshoot VFDs, motor controls, and other irrigation equipment Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation Perform preventative maintenance, equipment inspections, and system testing Ensure pump systems operate safely and efficiently Document service work, repairs, inspections, and recommendations Communicate with customers regarding system performance and required repairs Maintain service vehicles, tools, and equipment Follow company safety practices and applicable industry standards What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience installing and servicing irrigation pump systems Strong understanding of pump stations, motors, VFDs, electrical controls, and irrigation equipment Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems Comfortable reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams Valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift and handle equipment as needed Dependable, self-motivated, and safety-focused Preferred Qualifications Commercial or agricultural irrigation experience PLC programming or troubleshooting experience VFD and motor control experience Welding, fabrication, or mechanical repair experience Electrical, EPA, or related trade certifications Why Join?
