91 Industrial Drive, Cadiz, KY 42211 The pay range listed varies based on pump experience. Job Responsibilities
  • Inspect, maintain, diagnose, and repair a variety of fluid process equipment products.
  • Complete service reports.
  • Assemble units according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Perform preventive/predictive maintenance procedures on equipment.
  • Perform work in shop and field environments with the use of company tools, vehicles, and other resources.
  • Responsible for ensuring duties are performed in a safe, efficient, and effective manner.
  • Test equipment performance to the manufacturer's specification.
  • Clean, organize, and maintain workspace.
  • Participate in continuous improvement through training and associate development.
  • Assist with repairs and training.
  • Maintain stock levels and order consumable items as needed.
  • Oversee daily staff production.
  • Generate purchase orders and maintain records.
  • Monitor safe work practices of staff.
  • Practice effective communication skills with staff and management
  • Ensure the department is Audit-ready at all times.
  • Verify staff paperwork is submitted in a timely manner.
  • Must be available for after-hours emergency calls. (Company phone provided) Qualifications
  • Pump experience preferable.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Computer literacy is preferred.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • A degree of mechanical aptitude is preferred.
  • Due to the safety-sensitive nature of this role, pump employees must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening and are subject to random testing.
Pay:
$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
