91 Industrial Drive, Cadiz, KY 42211 The pay range listed varies based on pump experience. Job Responsibilities- Inspect, maintain, diagnose, and repair a variety of fluid process equipment products.
- Complete service reports.
- Assemble units according to manufacturer specifications.
- Perform preventive/predictive maintenance procedures on equipment.
- Perform work in shop and field environments with the use of company tools, vehicles, and other resources.
- Responsible for ensuring duties are performed in a safe, efficient, and effective manner.
- Test equipment performance to the manufacturer's specification.
- Clean, organize, and maintain workspace.
- Participate in continuous improvement through training and associate development.
- Assist with repairs and training.
- Maintain stock levels and order consumable items as needed.
- Oversee daily staff production.
- Generate purchase orders and maintain records.
- Monitor safe work practices of staff.
- Practice effective communication skills with staff and management
- Ensure the department is Audit-ready at all times.
- Verify staff paperwork is submitted in a timely manner.
- Must be available for after-hours emergency calls. (Company phone provided) Qualifications
- Pump experience preferable.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Computer literacy is preferred.
- Strong work ethic.
- A degree of mechanical aptitude is preferred.
- Due to the safety-sensitive nature of this role, pump employees must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening and are subject to random testing.
