Operator (Trainee) Silver Water Pumping is looking for a motivated Operator Trainee to join our growing team. If you're dependable, eager to learn, and enjoy working outdoors with heavy equipment, we'd like to hear from you. What You'll Do Learn to safely operate concrete pumping equipment. Assist operators on commercial and residential job sites. Help set up, operate, clean, and maintain pump trucks. Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance. Work alongside experienced operators to develop the skills needed to become a certified concrete pump operator. Represent Silver Water Pumping professionally with customers and contractors. Qualifications Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus but not required). Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Ability to lift 100+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded. Construction or heavy equipment experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. What We Offer Paid, hands-on training.
