Parman is looking to add a motivated Level 3 Pump Technician to our Pump Department team! The primary responsibilities of the Level 3 Pump Technician is to provide mechanical service and assist with job setups and teardowns, and inspect equipment to facilitate sales and rental of fleet. This position is crucial in achieving the highest customer satisfaction and dealer profitability by performing his/her duties in accordance with the current vendor and our company's policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Deliver, pickup, install, and remove pump setups Safely load and unload machines in various environments Wash and inspect pumps and hoses Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and/or electrical issues on pumps and tree equipment both on jobsite and at Parman Tractor & Equipment Perform rebuilds, diagnosis and parts identification on repairs and rebuilds for both customer-owned and internal rental fleet
Requirements:
At least 5 years heavy mechanical experience required OEM training certifications Comprehensive mechanical knowledge Must be a team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer and service team Dependable and prepared to work on a daily basis Self-motivated and able to effectively communicate pump operations Professional conduct exhibited daily MVR that meets company's insurability standards Comfortable driving a truck with trailer F endorsement or ability to obtain one Pass Physical Abilities Test post job offer
Pay:
$22.00 - $36.00 per hour
