Fenton Pump Service and Well Drilling specializes in custom-built water well systems that are constructed to fit our customers particular needs. We are a full-service water well drilling, water treatment, and pump installation company. All of our staff are dedicated and qualified to help our customers make the right decisions about their water source and pump equipment. Fenton Pump Service and Well Drilling is currently looking for a friendly and courteous field technician's assistant to help with pump and well installations as well as general shop work. Work is varied and interesting and may involve overtime or occasional weekend work. We offer indoor and outdoor work, year-round. This is a terrific opportunity to gain experience in a trade through on the job training.

Monday - Friday and Saturdays as needed.

Qualifications:

• Clean driving record and license at all times (required)
• Candidate must be willing to undergo a drug screen (required)
• Equipment experience (preferred but not required)
• CDL License (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in water well pump installation including basic electrical work
• Develop and maintain a working knowledge of all equipment and operations that apply to water well
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment
• Assist in miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Lead Pump Technician/Driller
• Willing to work demanding hours when needed
• The employee must regularly lift and/or move more than 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move more than 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move in excess of 100 pounds
