Job Description
Duncan Mining LLC is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team. We are looking for employees who are reliable, safety-conscious, and willing to work in a physically demanding environment. Responsibilities Perform general mining and labor duties as assigned. Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Work effectively as part of a team. Keep work areas clean and organized. Complete assigned tasks efficiently and on time. Qualifications Must be reliable and have a strong work ethic. Ability to work 12-hour shifts as scheduled. Ability to perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions. Must be punctual and maintain a positive attitude. Ability to follow directions and work independently when needed. Prior mining or construction experience is preferred but not required. Requirements Must have reliable transportation to and from work. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform manual labor. Must comply with all safety regulations and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Must be willing to work overtime and weekends when necessary.
