Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor crushing operations; perform labor as needed for repair and maintenance. Operates loader to effectively complete jobs. Performs maintenance of gravel crushing and screening plant Cleans up spilled material around conveyors using shovel and/or skid steer Operates the plant to provide maximum production and efficiency Conducts daily inspections, maintenance, fueling and operation of equipment Operates equipment in a safe manner; always in control of equipment Produce material that will provide the most consistent, highest quality end products Lubricate, adjust or repair machinery and replace parts, such as gears, bearings etc. Perform manual labor, such as shoveling by hand Know and follow all company safety policies as well as MSHA regulations Practice safety always Identify hazards associated with task assignments and ask questions when clarification is needed. Maintains clean and safe work areas (sweep debris, gather and discard trash, remove snow and ice). Understand OSHA guidelines and procedures, lock out/tag out procedures. Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to immediate supervisor and Safety Manager. Other duties as assigned Call or Text Chris at 616-293-9254
Pay:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
