Job Description
WORKER WANTED
— $25-$30/HOUR We are looking for a skilled, hardworking individual who is interested in a long-term career with our company. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to build on the skills they already have while learning a variety of construction practices and taking on more responsibility over time. We are looking for someone who is:- Reliable and responsible
- Punctual
- Honest and trustworthy
- Hardworking
- Willing to work hard and get their hands dirty
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
REQUIREMENTS
- Class A CDL with a clean MVR
- Experience operating a skid steer
- Experience operating an excavator or mini excavator
- Must be willing and able to perform physical labor
- Must be willing to work on-call hours during the winter months for snow removal Please only apply if you meet the requirements listed above.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
We specialize in excavation, demolition, and snow removal, so no two days are exactly the same. During the winter months, you will help with snow removal, including operating a plow truck and working on-call when needed. During the rest of the year, your work will vary depending on the job and the needs of the company.You could be:
- Operating heavy equipment
- Driving a side dump
- Pulling a step-deck trailer
- Hauling equipment
- Grading and finishing with a rake
- Performing general labor
- Helping with excavation and demolition
- Or doing several of these things all in the same day Our projects are typically 1-2 days long, which means we are constantly moving equipment from one job to the next.
