Job Description

Position Overview Spingarage LLC is a technology leader in rapid production of Aerospace & Defense wire harnesses using industry-first digital quoting, ordering, & production efficiency systems resulting in world-class production efficiency. We' are looking for a
LOT TECHNICIAN
to produce wires used in harnesses. This is an entry level position with room to grow into other portions of the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and cut wires to length Operate laser wire marking machines Operate automatic cut & strip machines Install contacts on wires using a variety of automatic and manual tooling Identify and cut shrink wrap, overwrap and other closeout materials. Make labels Learn and use Spingarage proprietary production software system Support Assembly Technicians as time is available performing functions such as Heat Shrink installation, Harness Tie-up etc. Participate in training and growth opportunities for additional skillsets
QUALIFICATIONS
Highly motivated to achieve success Ability to have on time participation with strong work ethic Ability to follow precise digital work instructions & other proprietary information Outstanding character capable of raising issues to supervisor in a timely manner High-School diploma or equivalent 1+ year work experience in a schedule critical field Thrive on a challenge to perform faster or better even when not required Desire to participate in continued education & career advancement Status as a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident Spingarage believes in growing future engineers & manufacturing leaders, this position requires someone capable of continual learning, self-improvement, & process improvement. Pay:
$22.00 - $24.00 per hour
