Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Wire Harness Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing electrical harnesses used in off-highway vehicles. Experience is not required. Can start ASAP. Schedule is flexible. Requirements Ability to use hand tools such as screwdrivers, wire strippers, calipers, and power tools efficiently. Motivated and ready-to-learn mindset No experience required! No degree required What you'll learn to do Assemble wire harnesses using hand tools and simple machinery Learn to read wiring diagrams and follow build instructions Learn soldering and wire termination to industry standards (we train you) Work with a team to build components that go into real equipment used worldwide Join us to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to precision manufacturing!
