Job Description

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Industrial Rigging and Machinery Moving Foreman to lead our client's lifting operations on construction sites and industrial projects. This dynamic role involves overseeing crane and rigging activities, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating materials handling to support efficient project execution. As a key leader, you will manage a team of riggers and crane operators, uphold safety standards, and ensure all lifting procedures are performed with precision and professionalism. What You'll Do Lead and supervise a rigging and machinery-moving crew on industrial job sites Plan daily work activities and coordinate resources to complete projects safely and efficiently Direct equipment loading, unloading, moving, setting, and alignment activities Read and interpret lift plans, equipment layouts, drawings, and work instructions Conduct jobsite safety meetings and ensure compliance with company safety policies Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on assigned projects Complete daily job reports, equipment inspections, and basic project documentation Travel to customer facilities throughout the region as required Mentor and develop crew members while maintaining productivity and quality standards Required 2+ years of experience leading crews as a Foreman, Lead Rigger, or similar supervisory role 1-3 years of experience in rigging, machinery moving, industrial installation, plant relocation, or related heavy industrial work Ability to safely direct lifting, moving, and setting operations Ability to read and understand basic drawings, layouts, and lift plans Strong communication and leadership skills Commitment to safety and teamwork Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to travel to customer job sites and work overtime when business needs require Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) or equivalent certification is preferred for operating certain heavy machinery or transport vehicles. Pay:
$36.00 - $40.00 per hour
