Wire Harness Design Engineer

We are looking for candidates who have experience working on high voltage cables, power cable and wiring harness or someone who has worked on Radiator hoses, pipes and brackets. Looking for someone who can release 2D and 3D drawings . Catia V5 is required , but they would prefer Catia V6 candidates. Minimum 5+ years of experience with Design background . Design and develop components, parts, and systems from concept to production Perform design feasibility studies, cost analysis, strength calculations, and material selection Create and maintain 3D models and layouts in

(required); V6 preferred Execute hose and pipe routing and harness/cable routing Prepare, check, and release 2D and 3D drawings Apply GD&T to ensure proper fit, function, and manufacturability Support prototype builds, testing, and manufacturing launch Verify designs meet quality, cost, performance, and regulatory requirements Recommend design improvements to support testing and mass production Coordinate with manufacturing, suppliers, and cross‑functional teams Required Skills

CATIA V5

(must), V6 (preferred) 2D & 3D drawing creation and release GD&T Hose, pipe, harness, and cable routing Knowledge of manufacturing processes and part construction Nice to Have Experience mentoring junior engineers Familiarity with PLM and engineering change processes
