Boat Rigger The BlueEarth Marine Group, maker of RH Aluminum and FishRite boats is now accepting applications for an experienced Boat Rigger to join our exceptional manufacturing team in Grants Pass, Oregon.

6:00am - 4:30pm

Monday-Thursday Overtime:

Mandatory overtime may be required on an as-needed basis to meet production goals

General Description:

Wiring and installation of steering components, instruments, lighting and outboard motors. Installation of floorboards, seats, seat boxes and accessories. Mounting boats on trailers and preparation for shipping.

Required Education:

High School or Equivalent Responsibilities:

Maintain a high standard of quality and accuracy in all aspects of vessel production Use of proper safety equipment Maintain a clean and safe working environment Maintain a productive and positive work environment Maintain exceptional attendance Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions Maintain a positive and proactive communication relationship with teammates and supervisors Ability to work both independently and with regular instruction and checkpoints to ensure quality control

Physical Skills:

Solid working knowledge of manufacturing and vessel building process Experienced use of all shop tools - including electric, air and hand equipment within the department Strong working knowledge of measurements and mathematical skills

Preferred Certifications:
