Full-Time Job Summary We are hiring Wire Harness Assemblers for a manufacturing facility in Arlington. This position involves detailed hands-on assembly work and requires good hand dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to follow blueprints and work instructions. Responsibilities Assemble wire harnesses and related components Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions Perform detailed assembly using hand tools Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality Handle small parts and components throughout the shift Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety and quality procedures Requirements Previous assembly experience is a plus Good hand dexterity and ability to work with small components Ability to read and understand blueprints Good eyesight and strong attention to detail Able to perform repetitive assembly work Reliable attendance and ability to work the full scheduled shift #INDT1
