Job Description Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Iron/Rigging Superintendent to lead and oversee heavy industrial rigging and ironwork operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with deep expertise in structural steel installation, crane operations, and rigging in complex industrial environments. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all ironwork and rigging activities on-site
• Manage crane operations for heavy lifts, ensuring safety and precision
• Interpret and execute construction drawings and blueprints
• Oversee welding, pipe fitting, and rigging tasks with advanced technical knowledge
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Collaborate with project managers and other superintendents to meet project goals

• Proven experience managing crane operations for heavy lifts
• Advanced knowledge of welding, pipe fitting, and rigging techniques
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Experience hanging structural steel in heavy industrial settings
• Powerplant experience - Combined/Simple cycle powerplant experience
