Experienced Carpenter Key Responsibilities:

Perform framing, trim work, and general carpentry on residential and commercial projects. Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and specifications to ensure accurate builds. Install doors, windows, framing components, and structural elements with precision. Measure, cut, and assemble materials efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Collaborate with roofing, siding, and iron work crews to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

3+ years of hands-on carpentry experience (framing and/or finish carpentry preferred). Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools (saws, nail guns, levels, etc.). Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions. Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs., work on job sites, and perform in varying weather conditions. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Experienced Roofer /

Siding Installer Key Responsibilities:

Install and repair roofing systems, including shingles, metal panels, and waterproofing on residential and commercial builds. Apply siding materials (e.g., vinyl, fiber cement, metal) with precision for weather-resistant finishes. Inspect job sites for safety and quality, ensuring compliance with local building codes. Collaborate with framers and iron workers to complete exterior envelopes efficiently.

Requirements:

3+ years of hands-on experience in roofing and siding installation. Proficiency with tools like nail guns, ladders, and scaffolding; OSHA safety certification preferred. Physical ability to work at heights, lift 50+ lbs., and perform in varying weather conditions. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; willingness to travel locally if needed.

Experienced Iron Worker Key Responsibilities:

Weld, bolt, and rig structural steel components for barndos and commercial frameworks. Erect and align beams, columns, and trusses using cranes and hoists. Perform quality checks on installations to meet engineering specs and safety standards. Support framing and roofing teams on metal-integrated projects.

Requirements:

3+ years as an iron worker or structural steel fabricator. AWS welding certification or equivalent; experience with rigging and blueprint reading. Ability to work at significant heights with fall protection gear; safety-first mindset. Reliable, with a valid driver's license and flexibility for overtime/weekends.
