Responsibilities Include:

Provide direct patient care to long-term care residents. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician. Observe and document patient's condition and response to treatments. Assist in the development of individualized care plans for each resident. Provide emotional support to residents and their families. Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
