Valid Driver's License. The Opportunity You will serve as a critical field expert, driving the successful execution of large-scale commercial waterproofing systems. Walker Masonry & Sons Inc is an established family-owned commercial masonry contractor with over 52 years of excellence and a 16+ month work backlog. As we expand our waterproofing division, this role allows you to take pride in quality workmanship while growing with a supportive team that values your individual contribution. You will have the autonomy to execute your tasks with precision and the security of stable, year-round work. How You Will Make an Impact Install complex below-grade waterproofing systems in strict accordance with project plans and safety protocols. Apply high-performance, above-grade weather barriers to protect structures from environmental elements. Perform building and site caulking to ensure complete, high-quality sealants across project structures. Prepare diverse surfaces and meticulously install waterproofing materials to prevent leaks and structural hazards. Interpret detailed project drawings and technical specifications to ensure highly accurate field execution. Maintain strict quality, site cleanliness, and safety standards to ensure overall project transparency and safety. Coordinate tasks effectively with the crew to maintain strict project timelines and budgets. Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 2 years of dedicated leadership or field experience specifically within the commercial waterproofing field. Proven proficiency in reading and interpreting detailed project drawings, specifications, and construction schedules. Demonstrated experience with building/site caulking, below-grade waterproofing systems, and commercial weather barriers. Absolute reliability in attendance and the physical capability necessary for managing demanding field documentation and heavy construction work. Detail-oriented, self-motivated mindset with a positive attitude and a strong, team-oriented work ethic. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Completion of a formal waterproofing apprenticeship program or equivalent field-certified technical training. Demonstrated experience in supervising or training junior crew members in a field environment. Advanced knowledge of specialty coatings, complex sealant systems, and specialized commercial installations.
