Identify and install energy reducing measures in customer's home (measures include door replacement, glass replacement, shower head installation, lighting, or other construction needs). Explain the process for installation of energy saving measures to customers while educating them on the measures installed.
Work Details:
Full-time, year-round, 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday, week-end availability; work from Concord CA, serving residences in neighboring counties; Four (4) new hires needed; Immediate hiring or time allowed to provide reasonable notice to current employer.

Responsibilities Conduct weatherization assessments to identify areas for improvement in energy efficiency. Utilize hand and power tools to install insulation, seal air leaks, and enhance building performance. Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate implementation of weatherization techniques. Collaborate with construction teams to integrate weatherization solutions into ongoing projects. Adhere to safety standards and regulations while working on construction sites. Maintain tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. Qualifications Proficient in using hand and power tools for construction tasks Experience in construction site operations and safety protocols Ability to read blueprints and perform concrete forming Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems Skilled in drywall installation, carpentry, and roofing Familiarity with construction management and estimating practices Experience with construction inspection and fabrication techniques
