Job Description
Job Summary Sentri Homes is hiring a roofing laborer or crew for a residential tear-off and re-roof in Crescent City, CA 95531. One project, firm scope, materials furnished by us and delivered to the site. Target start is mid-September — crew should be able to mobilize within 1.5 to 2 weeks. Scope of Work
- Full tear-off of existing asphalt shingle roof, approx. 1,600 sq ft. Multiple layers of shingles — up to six reported. Verify and photograph layer count before tear-off.
- Replace damaged roof sheeting as needed.
- Install new underlayment, flashing, drip edge, and venting.
- Install GAF architectural shingles — Barkwood, algae-resistant.
- One existing skylight stays — flash around it.
- Existing gutters stay (not replaced). Clean all nails and debris out of gutters at completion.
- Haul off all tear-off debris. Details

- Travel considered — out-of-area crews welcome to bid. Requirements
