Job Description

Job Summary Sentri Homes is hiring a roofing laborer or crew for a residential tear-off and re-roof in Crescent City, CA 95531. One project, firm scope, materials furnished by us and delivered to the site. Target start is mid-September — crew should be able to mobilize within 1.5 to 2 weeks. Scope of Work

Full tear-off of existing asphalt shingle roof, approx. 1,600 sq ft. Multiple layers of shingles — up to six reported. Verify and photograph layer count before tear-off.
Replace damaged roof sheeting as needed.
Install new underlayment, flashing, drip edge, and venting.
Install GAF architectural shingles — Barkwood, algae-resistant.
One existing skylight stays — flash around it.
Existing gutters stay (not replaced). Clean all nails and debris out of gutters at completion.
Haul off all tear-off debris. Details
Materials ordered by Sentri Homes and delivered to the property.
Travel considered — out-of-area crews welcome to bid. Requirements
Experienced roofing crew with own tools, ladders, and safety equipment
Licensed
Photos required at layer count, dry-in, and completion

Pay:

$4,500.00 per week
