New Life Construction and Renovation is looking for an experienced remodeler for a residential project in Diamond Bar, CA.

PROJECT DETAILS

Start date: October 9, 2026 Estimated duration: 1-2 weeks

Pay:

$250 per 8-hour day. Any applicable overtime paid separately.

Schedule:

8 hours per day, 5 days per week (40 hours per week). On-site position; one opening.

SCOPE OF WORK

Vinyl plank flooring installation and subfloor preparation Selective demolition and debris cleanup Drywall installation, patching, and finishing Interior painting Removal of existing brick fireplace facing, drywall finishing, and mantel installation Baseboards and related finish carpentry This project involves updating the fireplace surround and installing a mantel, not installing a new fireplace appliance. The project also includes a small amount of recessed lighting work; responsibilities will be discussed based on qualifications.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Hands-on residential remodeling experience, especially vinyl plank flooring, drywall finishing, and finish carpentry Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and produce clean finishes Careful protection of the home and daily jobsite cleanup Reliable attendance and clear communication with our field manager Safe use of tools and prompt reporting of jobsite issues
