EmpireWorks is hiring Waterproofing Foremen and Lead Workers to join our field teams working on large apartment communities, condominiums, and commercial buildings throughout the Chino and Inland Empire areas . This is hands-on, outdoor work on resident-occupied properties where quality, teamwork, safety, and attention to detail matter. We are looking for experienced waterproofing professionals who can lead crews, apply deck coating systems, and complete exterior restoration work to high standards. We work with quality waterproofing systems and are looking for candidates experienced with products such as Westcoat, Pli-Dek, Life Deck, or similar deck coating systems . PAY & SCHEDULE

$25.00-$32.00 per hour, based on experience and role Full-time hours (40 hours per week) Paid every Friday Projects located throughout the Chino and Inland Empire areas

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Lead waterproofing and deck coating crews on exterior restoration projects Apply deck coating systems using trowel and spray application methods Trowel down and shoot texture finishes Perform waterproofing repairs, demolition, and replacement of waterproofing systems Remove and replace waterproofing and deck sheeting Prepare surfaces and ensure proper application of coating systems Maintain a clean and safe job site Follow safety guidelines and support your crew

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience as a waterproofing foreman, lead worker, or experienced waterproofing technician Experience with Westcoat, Pli-Dek, Life Deck, or similar waterproofing/deck coating systems Ability to trowel and spray texture finishes Experience with waterproofing demolition and replacement Comfortable working outdoors and on ladders Able to lift and carry construction materials Reliable transportation to job sites Authorized to work in the United States Strong leadership skills and team mindset If you bring waterproofing experience — great.
