We are seeking a dependable and skilled Roofing Installer to join our team. The Roofing Installer is responsible for the installation, repair, maintenance, and replacement of residential roofing systems. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a variety of roofing materials, maintain a strong focus on safety, and deliver high-quality workmanship while meeting project schedules.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Install, repair, and replace roofing systems, including: Asphalt shingles Tile roofing Metal roofing TPO PVC Modified Bitumen Built-Up Roofing (BUR) Remove existing roofing materials and prepare roof surfaces. Install underlayment, flashing, vents, and waterproofing components. Measure roof areas and calculate material requirements. Operate hand tools, power tools, and roofing equipment safely. Follow manufacturer specifications and building code requirements. Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain a clean and organized job site. Load, unload, and transport roofing materials. Communicate effectively with supervisors, crew members, and customers. Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company safety policies. Report job site hazards, material shortages, or quality concerns promptly. Perform other related duties as assigned.

COMPENSATION RANGE

$22.00

00 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and roofing system expertise.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION

Required High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Minimum 1 year of roofing or construction experience. Ability to work at heights and on sloped surfaces. Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds repeatedly. Reliable transportation and punctual attendance. Basic knowledge of roofing tools and materials. Ability to work in various weather conditions. Preferred 3+ years of roofing installation experience. Experience with both residential and commercial roofing systems. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Bilingual English/Spanish.

Field Jobsite

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Must be able to see color to discern color-coded wiring. Prolonged periods standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders or scaffolding. Must be physically capable of pulling wires and cables through conduits and comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, wind, and direct sunlight. Must be able to perform physically demanding labor for extended periods. Must be able to work at heights. Must be able to lift to 50 pounds at a time. Safety Requirements Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Always follow fall-protection protocols. Participate in safety meetings and training programs.
