In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various roofing systems on residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Your expertise will help ensure the durability, safety, and aesthetic appeal of roofs while adhering to all safety protocols and building codes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors on diverse projects, utilizing your craftsmanship and technical knowledge to deliver high-quality results. Duties Install a variety of roofing materials including metal roofing, single-ply membrane roofing, and tile laying according to project specifications and technical drawings Conduct roof repairs and maintenance to extend the lifespan of existing roofing systems Interpret construction plans and technical drawings to accurately execute roofing projects Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques safely and efficiently during installation and repair tasks Apply safety protocols diligently by using construction safety harnesses, ladder use techniques, and adhering to workplace safety regulations Perform siding installation, stucco work, caulking, trim carpentry, and metal stud framing as needed for comprehensive exterior finishes Assist with remodeling projects that involve roofing components or related exterior work such as siding or stucco Skills Proven construction experience with a focus on roofing installation and repair Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes for project planning and material procurement Familiarity with construction workplace safety regulations and proper use of safety harnesses and ladders Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment safely in outdoor environments Ability to interpret technical drawings, construction plans, and specifications accurately Experience with metal roofing, single-ply membrane roofing, tile laying, siding installation, stucco application, caulking, trim carpentry, and metal stud framing preferred Knowledge of construction site experience including outdoor work conditions and safety protocol adherence Join our team to build durable roofs that stand the test of time!
