In this role, you will oversee daily operations on construction sites, coordinate roofing crews, ensure safety compliance, and deliver high-quality roofing solutions. Your expertise in managing teams, interpreting technical drawings, and adhering to construction regulations will drive project success from start to finish. Responsibilities Lead and supervise roofing crews, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project schedules. Coordinate with project managers and clients to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications for roofing projects. Manage safety protocols in compliance with OSHA and federal construction safety regulations, fostering a safe work environment. Oversee construction site activities, including quality control, material management, and ensuring work meets industry standards. Review and interpret construction drawings and technical documents to plan daily tasks effectively. Supervise crew management activities, including training on construction safety management and managing team performance. Requirements Proven experience as a Roofer Foreman or Encargado with a strong background in commercial roofing projects And Residential Demonstrated ability to manage teams in a construction management role with excellent managerial communication skills. Skilled in blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and reviewing construction drawings for accuracy. Experience with construction site safety management practices and quality control procedures. Ability to operate measurement tools such as ohmmeters when necessary for electrical or technical inspections. Strong understanding of budgeting processes and managing project costs effectively. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously on busy construction sites. Valid experience supervising crews in heavy commercial or industrial roofing projects is essential.
