Responsibilities Install, repair, and replace residential roofing systems, including asphalt shingles, clay and concrete tile, PVC, and metal roofing. Remove existing roofing materials and safely dispose of debris. Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment at job sites. Safely use ladders, harnesses, and other fall protection equipment. Follow all company safety policies and Cal/OSHA regulations, including fall protection and heat illness prevention procedures. Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects safely, on time, and with quality workmanship. Maintain a clean and organized job site. Qualifications Experienced Roofers Two or more years of residential roofing experience preferred. Knowledge of roofing materials, installation methods, and tools. Ability to take accurate measurements and follow installation specifications. Comfortable working on ladders and at heights. Valid California driver's license preferred. Bi-lingual Entry-Level / General Labor No roofing experience required—we will train the right candidate. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team. Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds or more, climbing ladders, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Requirements for All Applicants Must be at least 18 years old. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening, if required. Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
