Position Overview As a Journeyman Roofer with Calburrey Roofing, you'll apply your technical skills and experience to install, repair, and maintain various roofing systems. Working under the guidance of our Foremen, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring quality installations while mentoring apprentices and contributing to our team's success.

Key Responsibilities Installation Expertise:

Install various roofing systems including shingles, tiles, membrane, and metal with high attention to detail

Quality Workmanship:

Apply proper techniques for flashing, ventilation, and waterproofing to ensure long-lasting roof performance

Team Collaboration:

Work effectively with other team members to complete projects efficiently and safely

Apprentice Training:

Guide and instruct apprentices in proper techniques and safety practices

Problem Identification:

Recognize potential issues during installation and recommend appropriate solutions

Material Management:

Calculate material needs and minimize waste during installation

Tool Operation:

Safely use and maintain hand tools, power tools, and equipment specific to roofing

Safety Practices:
