Overall Job Descriptions We are searching for hardworking and talented people to join Tri-State The Roofers. We are looking for the right individuals who will be a long-term fit and continue to grow with us. We are currently hiring laborers, mechanics and foremen.

Laborer:

0-3 years experience in commercial roofing → Entry Level Position Responsible for assisting mechanics and foreman in the completion of tasks related to removing and installing or repairing roofing systems. Maintain project sites by cleaning debris and trash Gather and distribute materials Learn commercial roofing skills from fellow mechanics and foreman on daily basis to increase role and productivity

Mechanic:

5 years experience in the following commercial roofing applications: EPDM, TPO, Modified Bitumen, Metal Panels Flashings (Be able to use a hand welder for TPO) Carpentry Skills Diagnose and repair leaks

Foreman:

Lead crews on a daily basis in a safe and proficient manner Layout of the roof system Communication with TSR project manager and site specific GC. Handling of deliveries and inventory on each project.
