Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Field Layout Assistant to join our construction team. This role involves supporting the accurate placement of structural elements on-site, assisting with blueprint interpretation, and ensuring precise measurements for various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in construction practices, familiarity with hand and power tools, and experience working in dynamic construction environments. Responsibilities Support the Survey and construction team in marking and measuring sites for rebar installation, concrete forms, framing, and other structural components. Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely to assist with site setup and layout tasks. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members across different trades related to the layout process Experience Interprets construction drawings and layouts, assisting in the accurate placement of structural and architectural elements according to project plans. Uses basic layout and measuring tools, including tape measures, laser levels, chalk lines, and other measurement instruments to ensure precision on site. Supports leveling and alignment tasks, applying knowledge of grading, elevations, and leveling techniques to maintain proper site accuracy. Krea USA LLC is a Drug-Free Workplace.
