). Also, doing job site metal roof take offs. Job would also include some repairs, running dump trailers and delivering materials for the crews. Candidates would be doing something different every day. Candidates should be comfortable working on construction sites and possess the ability to read and interpret schematics. Duties Use of a computerized metal shear and computerized metal trim break. Running on site metal roofing materials. Some repairs and restore roofing systems using various materials such as metal, shingles and TPO. Running materials and dump trailers for crews. Job site clean up. Conduct thorough inspections of roofs to identify issues and recommend solutions. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely. Maintain a clean and organized work area on construction sites. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks on the job. Requirements Proven experience in metal roofing. Strong knowledge of all metal roofing practices. Ability to read and interpret schematics related to roofing projects. A valid Florida drivers license. Knowledge of shingle and TPO installation. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. The ability to safely hook up to and back up large dump trailers. Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including lifting heavy materials and working at heights.
