This is a hands-on retail sales opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, learning about customer needs, and helping customers find connectivity solutions that fit their household. As a Verizon Retail Representative , you'll work in a face-to-face, retail environment, introduce customers to available internet and connectivity services, explain current options and promotions, and guide customers through the sales and enrollment process. You don't need to come in knowing everything about telecommunications. Our team provides ongoing training on Frontier services, customer engagement, sales techniques, and the skills needed to build confidence in a retail sales environment. Your Day-To-Day As A Verizon Retail Representative Engage customers face-to-face in a professional and welcoming retail environment Start conversations and learn about each customer's current internet and connectivity needs Introduce customers to Frontier products, service options, promotions, and available plans Explain pricing, features, and service benefits clearly and accurately Recommend appropriate Frontier solutions based on individual customer needs Answer questions and help customers compare their available options Guide interested customers through the enrollment and account setup process Provide a smooth and positive experience from the initial conversation through completion of the sale Work toward individual and Verizon Retail Representative team sales goals while maintaining a customer-first approach Stay informed about current Frontier services, promotions, and campaign updates Maintain accurate customer and sales information Participate in ongoing Verizon Retail Representative training focused on product knowledge, retail sales, communication, and professional development What We're Looking For in a Verizon Retail Representative Exceptional verbal communication skills and the ability to engage directly with diverse customers in a clear, compelling, and empathetic manner.
